【災情 ⚠️】Apple 首款摺疊智能手機 iPhone Duo 才剛開賣，全球多地便接連傳出屏幕損壞災情。據多國首批購買的用戶回報，該機的摺疊屏幕在鉸鏈處出現大範圍故障，摺痕區域在正常使用數天內便產生一條貫穿畫面的黑線，甚至傳出有展示機在門市陳列期間就已損壞，引發外界對其鉸鏈及柔性面板耐用度的強烈質疑。

根據日本、中國、澳洲及其他多個國家與地區的消費者反映，iPhone Duo 在入手後僅短短數天、甚至數小時的正常開合使用下，內屏幕中線便出現明顯異常。受影響裝置的故障特徵高度一致：屏幕中央鉸鏈的摺痕位置會浮現一條黑線，導致該區域顯示失效或像素毀損。

更令人擔憂的是，除了首批入手的一般消費者外，部分地區直營門市與經銷商的現場展示機，在尚未售出的陳列測試狀態下，亦被目擊摺痕處同樣出現黑線損毀，顯示此現象可能並非單純個別的人為外力疏忽。

摺疊屏幕的核心技術在於鉸鏈機械結構與柔性 OLED 面板的支撐配合。針對屏幕摺痕處出現黑線的情況，硬體分析指出，這類故障通常源於鉸鏈在開合過程中受力不均、內部微小公差造成局部應力過度集中，或是面板底層的排線與支撐層在反覆摺疊後出現金屬疲勞，最終導致發光層或驅動線路斷裂。

摺疊手機雖然具備大屏幕與便攜優勢，但鉸鏈防塵與結構公差一向是製造上最嚴苛的挑戰。此次 iPhone Duo 災情遍及多國，反映出該機構設計在大量量產後的良率與耐用度機制，仍有待進一步改善。

目前 Apple 官方尚未針對此波災情發表正式聲明，依照既有保養規範，非人為外力損壞之硬體缺陷通常涵蓋於一年原廠保養與換機服務內，建議買得 Duo 一定要配 Apple Care「咪整蠱自己」。
