Four coordinates and four confirmed strike sites. Four of America’s crown jewels in missile defence — the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system, the AN/TPY-2 radar… the eyes of the entire Gulf air defence architecture — struck, charred, and in at least one case confirmed destroyed. The Pentagon won’t confirm it. Of course they won’t. “Due to operations security, we are not going to comment on the status of specific capabilities in the region.” That’s the institutional reflex of an empire that has just been handed a strategic shock it doesn’t know how to explain to the American people. So let's help do it for them shall we?

The Four Points of Impact
Saudi Arabia. Prince Sultan Air Base... coordinates 24.074218, 47.681327. March 1, 2026. Satellite imagery captured smoke rising from the radar compound. The tent sheltering the AN/TPY-2 antenna — that irreplaceable, monstrous X-band surveillance array that was pointed northeast toward Iran as recently as January — badly charred. Debris across the site. The system that was supposed to watch for incoming Iranian fire… was the first of the systems to burn.

UAE, Al Ruwais — 24.061942, 52.717325. Multiple structures struck directly. Pull-through vehicle shelters, the specialised housing built for radar trailers all hit. Buildings adjacent to where the AN/TPY-2 was stationed, damaged. Iran claimed the radar destroyed. The AN/TPY-2 radar component alone is valued at $500 million. Half a billion dollars. Per unit. Gone.
UAE, Abu Dhabi — 24.677595, 54.697818. Al Dhafra Air Base. Tightly clustered buildings and tents within the compound, heavily damaged. The base was struck again days later. Iran’s operational logic was not spray-and-pray. It was methodical, sequenced… surgical.

Jordan. Muwaffaq Salti Air Base — 31.801428, 36.758280. Over 500 miles from Iranian soil. The THAAD radar here was not just damaged. According to satellite imagery taken March 2 — debris surrounding a blackened AN/TPY-2 radar. Blackened. Confirmed struck. Confirmed destroyed. A system the Jordanians had only recently taken delivery of, newly positioned, newly operational… neutralised in the opening days of the conflict. Munitions specialist N.R. Jenzen-Jones of Armament Research Services told CNN: “The AN-TPY/2 radar is essentially the heart of the THAAD battery, enabling the launch of interceptor missiles and contributing to a networked air defence picture.” The heart excised.

The Arithmetic of American Vulnerability
Here is what the mainstream coverage won’t assemble for you into a single paragraph so we will.

The United States operates eight THAAD batteries total. Seven operational. Two of those seven were already committed to Israel before a single Iranian missile flew on February 28. Two systems in Israel. One in South Korea. One in Guam. That leaves… three batteries to cover the rest of the world. Three. The Indo-Pacific. The Gulf. The continental United States itself.

And now four THAAD radar systems, the irreplaceable nerve centres that make the batteries function, have been struck across the Arabian Peninsula. Prince Sultan. Al Ruwais. Abu Dhabi. Muwaffaq Salti. Even if the launchers survived and the evidence suggests they did not all survive intact — a THAAD battery without its AN/TPY-2 radar cannot engage targets. It’s a cluster of inert tubes in the desert. Expensive, inert tubes.
Translation? Iran didn’t try to out-intercept THAAD. It didn’t fire enough missiles to exhaust the interceptors (though that strategy was already working from the June 2025 twelve-day war, when the US burned through approximately 25% of its entire THAAD interceptor stockpile in under a fortnight). This time, Iran blinded the system. Took out the eyes and rendered the entire layered architecture not just degraded but operationally compromised across multiple theatres simultaneously.

Thirty-five years ago, during the first Iraqi war, we were shown endless footage from Iraq. Back then, smart bombs and cameras were a novelty, but every night we were shown night-time footage. Now we hardly see any videos at all.

Understand this! Supposedly, this is the world's largest military power, with the world's largest air capabilities, and on the fourth day of the U.S. offensive, supposedly and supposedly breaking through Iranian defenses, we don't see any signs of American dominance in the Iranian sky. Where are all the video recordings of our planes flying over Tehran or any other part of Iran, for that matter?

American soldiers can't even dream of setting foot on Iranian soil. And to understand how desperate this war is, on the fourth day you're already hearing the most insane proposals and ideas from the Trump administration. They're proposing sending military escorts for oil tankers leaving the Persian Gulf. What are you even talking about! You want to send American ships into the zone of destruction of thousands of Iranian missiles? NOW no one can get through the Strait of Hormuz.

The Iranians have been preparing for this for decades. They're flaunting the idea of arming Kurdish militias to invade Iran. What the hell are you talking about? Have you seen a map of Iran!? It seems the Trump administration has never seen a map of Iran! Do you know how vast it is? What does it mean to invade Iran!? Do you think a militia of 10,000 people could invade Iran!? Or even 50,000? Or 100,000? Iran will swallow them up.

The U.S. and Israel have already lost this war. The U.S. and Israel can kill millions of civilians in their homes. They have powerful bombs and can blow up buildings, but they won't win this war. Iran's military infrastructure and weaponry is deep underground all over IRAN. Neither the Americans nor, especially, the Israelis have any chance of reaching any of it. They're in deep shit.

It’s deliberate cruelty, executed through an evil and conniving master plan of Asim Munir.
Despite the Supreme Court’s clear orders that Imran Khan must be taken to a specialist eye hospital for treatment promptly, that illegal regime has once again tossed away the ruling of the highest court of the land like trash. Under the vengeful instructions of Asim Munir, Imran Khan’s due treatment is being handled inside the poor conditions of the jail. Given the nature of his eye condition, where he’s already lost 85% of his vision, proper treatment simply isn’t possible in a prison setting.
Our sole constitutional and legal demand is that Imran Khan be immediately transferred to Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad for treatment under the supervision of his personal physicians.

The tragedy is not only the oppression itself but the deafening silence of those who owe him their very existence in the public eye.

Imran Khan is not an ordinary former prime minister. Long before politics, he was Pakistan’s global identity a World Cup winning captain who transformed a fragile, insecure team into champions. He was a leader who did not just play the game, but changed its culture, introduced professionalism, and mentored a generation of cricketers who later became national icons. Many of Pakistan’s most celebrated players were not discovered by luck; they were handpicked, groomed, and defended by Imran Khan.

Beyond cricket, he built institutions when the state failed most notably Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital turning personal tragedy into national service. His philanthropy earned him respect across borders, ideologies, and religions. Whether one agrees with his politics or not, his contribution to Pakistan is undeniable.

The cricketing fraternity individuals like Wasim Akram, Ramiz Raja, and others who once spoke eloquently about Imran Khan’s leadership, discipline, and vision now appear paralyzed. These are not powerless citizens. These are wealthy, globally connected figures with platforms millions listen to. Their refusal to even speak on basic human rights, divorced entirely from politics, exposes an uncomfortable truth: their courage ends where their comfort begins.

Contrast this with athletes and artists in many Western societies who understand that fame without moral responsibility is hollow. People in Hollywood, sports, and media have risked contracts, careers, and reputations to speak against injustice from Palestine to racial oppression—because they believe silence is a greater cost than sacrifice. They understand that history remembers who spoke, not who stayed safe.

In Pakistan, however, fear of the establishment has created a culture where silence is rewarded and truth is punished. The result is an elite class that survives by obedience, not integrity. When injustice becomes normalized, even heroes shrink.

This is not about Imran Khan the politician.
This is about Imran Khan the human being.

You do not need to endorse his policies to oppose cruelty. You do not need to join a party to defend due process. You only need a conscience. And that is what appears painfully absent.
