Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools just paid $95K for a lesson on the First Amendment.
That payment is part of a settlement with Gabby Stout— the high school student who painted a patriotic tribute to Charlie Kirk on a spirit rock last year.
Although Gabby had gotten permission—and although other students had been allowed to paint messages in support of causes like Black Lives Matter—school officials responded to Gabby’s message by painting over it, publicly accusing her of vandalism, interrogating her at school, and calling the police.
@ADFLegal helped Gabby sue the district late last year. Now, besides the payment, the district has issued a statement of regret for its actions and changed its policies to respect students’ free speech rights.
Schools can’t censor student speech just because they don’t like its message. ADF is thrilled to get this vindication for Gabby, who courageously lived out her own admonition to “live like Kirk.” I think Charlie would be proud.
The Post labels these suspects "far-right," but we should push back on that. Based on what's been released so far, their grievances included:
-Billionaires and "capitalist elites"
-Politicians taking money from AIPAC (all of their named targets were Republicans)
-Data centers "taking up all the water in communities"
-The Epstein files
All of the above are equally compatible with far-left ideological extremism, which also has a more general history of promoting violent revolution.
This is basically horseshoe terrorism.
You know what I’ve been thinking about? There are far more racist people in this country than I ever realized.
I have been blown away watching people celebrate the death of a White teenage boy simply because the person who killed him was Black.
This teenager was not on drugs. He was not a troublemaker.
He had never committed a crime.
He played sports, made good grades, respected his parents, and was loved by so many people.
Yet some people have found joy in his death because they care more about race than right and wrong.
That is not justice. That is racism, hatred, and pure evil.
A teenage boy lost his life. Anyone celebrating that should be ashamed.
Elon Musk is not stealing from you.
Gavin Newsom is stealing from you.
Karen Bass is stealing from you.
Tim Walz is stealing from you.
Elizabeth Warren is stealing from you.
AOC is stealing from you.
Becoming wealthy does not make you evil.
The people who take from you, promising to fix problems and then enriching themselves while trying to get you to hate those they're taking the money from... are evil.
I am a homosexual male.
I am same-sex attracted.
Ellen Page sliced off her breasts, started synthetic hormones, and changed her name to Elliot.
This does not make her a man, but I am ‘transphobic’ for stating this fact.
And this is why the ‘LGBTQ+ community’ is a fallacy.
Dan Bongino just exposed the Grifter Industrial Complex.
Any of this sound familiar?
Anonymous sources providing unverifiable claims with zero evidence.
Manufactured suspicion and wild leaps.
Fake connections that demand a lengthy, convoluted explanation or heavy priming before they’re even presented.
No coherent alternative explanations.
Pretend real evidence is fake or just omit it.
“Tyler didn’t do it. Who did? We don’t know… but definitely not Tyler! It was the Jews!”
How? No idea.
Where were they? No clue.
Nine months later and still no actual evidence?
“We’re getting close! Tune in tomorrow!”
Textbook content farming dressed up as an investigation for the gullible.
Bongino nailed it.
Notice how socialists never talk about seizing the wealth of George Soros or any of the other multi-billionaires who bankroll their operations. They would be praising Elon to the sky, and vigorously protecting his wealth, if he were politically on their side.
I don’t even know @dbongino personally. I have however listened to his podcast since 2020.
Of all the words Tucker could have chosen to use to describe him, he went with hysterical.
Angry. Agitated. Incensed. Frustrated. Maybe even enraged in serious cases. Those would be plausible.
Hysterical. That’s not plausible.
Now hysterical is a word I would use for Tucker and his laugh. Hysterical is a word I would use for Cenk. Anna Kasparian. Candace Owens.
As usual very telling.
Cute theory, let's play it out.
A monkey hoards a trillion bananas. The troop, enraged, beats him to death. They gather around the pile to feast at last.
But... oh wait, there is no pile.
It turns out the "bananas" were shares in a banana-launching company the dead monkey founded.
The shares were worth a trillion because he was alive to run it.
Now he is dead and the stock is worth $0.
The retarded monkeys have clubbed their way into a recession.
But it gets worse.
Half the "bananas" were tied up in a rocket that supplies bananas to monkeys on the far mountain who had no bananas at all.
Another chunk was tied up in a little satellite dish that beamed banana coordinates to the troop after a flood took out their trees.
So now they realized they beat to death the only monkey who knew how the dish worked.
So the monkeys sit there.
No bananas.
No rockets.
No coordinates to get more banananas.
Just a dead body and a powerful sense of fairness as they all now became infinitely poorer.
OH
And somewhere a smaller monkey watches the whole thing and quietly decides he will never build anything in front of these animals again.
listen up, we have to vote for the man with the nazi tattoo so he can stop the man landing rockets and curing the blind from making any more money, otherwise we’ll get fascism
you see how stupid you sound, yes?
Bill Clinton: “The Palestinians were offered a state. They refused. A state wasn't their goal. Killing Jews was."
This must be shared every single day.
This black man delivers too much common sense to be promoted by the algorithm, so instead all we see are the crazy race baiters like Don Lemon, Akon, and Cardi B. There's a lot of good people out there. Let's focus on them.
Did Candace Owens and her husband have motive to kill Charlie Kirk?
I mean … he unfollowed her on social media prior to his death.
They had a falling out.
With Charlie out the of the picture, and Candace now trying to get Erika hated by the world …
Was this her plan all along? Remove Charlie and Erika, and then try to seize control of TPUSA?
Just asking questions.
Oh, and don’t ask me to show any evidence to support this theory.
Candace has zero evidence to support any of her stupid theories, so I’m just following her same standard of proof.
Candace had more motive to kill Charlie than Israel. Just saying.
My sources tell me.
Stateside, a gas station. I drank a frozen blue beverage too quickly, and was struck down by a punishment this entire nation knows, and accepts, and has named.
The drink is called a slush. Ice, sweetness, and a blue that does not occur in nature. The day was hot. I was thirsty. I drank like a soldier at a river.
The pain arrived in my skull like a war horn.
Behind the eyes. Above everything. Total. I gripped the roof of my car. I may have made a sound.
"Brain freeze," said the cashier through the door, with no urgency whatsoever.
It has a NAME. The affliction is so common it has a household name, like a cousin.
"Tongue on the roof of your mouth," called a man at the pumps. He did not look over. He prescribed the remedy mid-pump, casually, the way one mentions weather.
I pressed my tongue to the roof of my mouth. The war horn faded. The healer nodded at his pump, finished, and was gone in a Chevrolet.
In my land, punishment follows crime by way of courts and seasons. Here, the sentence is instant. Drink with greed, and the ice strikes the mind directly. No trial. No appeal. Perfectly fair.
And here is what moves me. EVERYONE has felt it. The cashier. The healer. Children. Elders. An entire nation united by the same small lightning, all taught the same cure, all passing it on to strangers at gas stations, free of charge.
You cannot fully distrust a country once you know it shares one pain.
The freeze does not punish thirst. It punishes haste.
I finished the slush slowly, like a scholar. Blue tongue. Clear mind.
Then at the door I forgot everything, drank deeply, and was struck down again.
"Tongue, hon," said the cashier, without looking up.
Discipline is a journey.
