Me waking up this morning knowing the controlled demolition of this country continues regardless of whether I participate in it or not.

I got the bad ending, then went beat 3 more bosses before quitting.
The fast travel options are really disappointing, and going through the same platform sections gets tedious with how limited movement is.
The weapon variety is nice but I'd rather have more abilities and be capable of holding 2 at once.
The occasional graphical stuttering is also pretty embarrassing. Ender Magnolia is definitely a better game.

Personally, I would have preferred a little more puzzle and less combat - especially with having to recover your loot when you die. Just not a fan of that mechanic.
I didnt find any of the characters very likable, or the story for that matter..I dont think I ever laughed, related to Mina, or found the writing ever interesting.
While theres replayability options, the game is a bit too long for most people to want to go through a 2nd time.
Its a very good game, but had enough hype before launch so that most everyone who might buy it already did.

@LonelyGoomba I made it about 17 hours before I got bored with the combat and quit.
I feel like Im just guessing or mashing with blocks and dodges while playing whack-a-mole with ability cooldowns.
Im sure theres skill and strategy to it, but its just not my style

@BorrachinhaMMA Secret Juice is legit the best energy drink I've had. The caffeine is standard but its the other ingredients that really help your mind lock in. You can actually feel a difference

Metroidvanias I've played. I'm probably missing a couple, and there are some I could add...but don't think they quite fit the genre well enough

@LiquidHbox theres too many characters and matchups.
And they've dug themselves in a hole with a sequel having to outdo this, or seem light on content (just like MarioKart 8D vs World)
