C’est juste inconcevable, surtout que ça reste un ADAS de niveau 3, pas du niveau 4 ou 5.

Terrafirma CEO @noah_schochet and his co-founder started by building homemade robots out of Tupperware containers from their lunchboxes.
Today, the company announced a $100M Series A led by @kleinerperkins.
Terrafirma's first paying customer was their landlord, who asked if their robots could demolish a building.
"We went around asking, 'Who is willing to let us make some money with these robots?' Our landlord said, 'Hey, I got a building for you to demolish. You think you guys can do it?'"

Excited to announce @kleinerperkins is leading TerraFirma’s Series A.
In 1931, we built the Empire State Building in 13 months. Today, a comparable skyscraper takes 6-7 years. Construction is one of the only major industries where productivity has actually fallen every year for the past 60 years. And it’s about to get worse: 40% of construction workers are set to retire in the next decade - just as American reindustrialization demands the biggest infrastructure build-out in generations.
TerraFirma’s answer: bring autonomy to construction. The company has developed a hardware+software platform that can retrofit excavators, dozers, and loaders into autonomous machines, orchestrated by AI agents and a remote command center where one human operator can run 3-4 machines at once. Projects move ~3x faster and at significantly lower cost. And this isn’t a demo. They’re already in the field today helping to build substations, data centers, roads, schools, and more.
