@GWRHelp at what point does it become incompetence, that yet again, you’ve got a train that’s overcrowded and you’ve announced this is due to being sent the wrong train. It’s been on almost every journey over the last few months. It’s genuinely so poor!

@AndrewRTDavies I dropped my folks to the airport in Cardiff yesterday. Got delayed getting in because of the halfwit protesters that you’ve whipped into a frenzy who were protesting at the hotel off the roundabout. Pathetic and achieves precisely nothing. You embarrass Wales.

Absolutely no customer service from @Hertz despite calling them. Ruined the end of our holiday entirely.
I also have live chat details from earlier today where @Hertz confirmed our booking and that the branch was open until 2230 tonight!!

Absolutely appalling service today from @Hertz, who allowed a booking from Bristol airport to be placed for today, despite the branch not being open on a weekend! This was booked weeks ago, on the phone with one of their representatives who made the booking!

We were left high and dry at the airport for nearly two hours whilst we tried to source another hire car. Luckily for us @Enterprise and their fantastic assistant, Jo, managed to get us into a car at considerable cost to ourselves.

@theJeremyVine Children in primary schools go on cycling proficiency courses. They get taught about hazard perception, blind spots and how to keep yourself safe as a cyclist. You really need to go on this course.

@GWRHelp - on the 1448 from Paddington to Cardiff on 04.12, there was a lady who had clear mobility and communication issues. Your train manager and train host were absolutely lovely with her, and couldn’t have done more to help, comfort and support her during the whole
