Visited Santacruz West Post Office. first in queue yet more than an hour for a simple SpeedPost. The net which was the problem. If in metro this is the state of Govt Infrastructure, I shudder to think what happens in the interiors. Not happy

A person comes daily outside Options Mall Shastri Nagar and spreads grains to feed pigeons. This video of 11-Nov 0230 pm. SWM dept of BMC informed but no action. Can the authorities handle this health hazzard.
