WestJet cancelled my flight 14 minutes after KLM closed for the night. 5am called when they opened. 15 minutes total. New flights. 24 hour delay. Screwed my job. Won’t make it in time. @westjet

My WestJet flight is scheduled to leave in less than 25 hours. I am connecting onward to Europe and can’t rebook until the flight is officially cancelled. We all know @westjet won’t be flying so please get on with cancelling so your alliance partner can rebook.

Under 24 hours until my WestJet flight is leaving. I just got notification to check in. @westjet can you please just cancel the flight so I can make other arrangements. @klm won’t rebook me until you cancel my flights.

Thankfully I just received a WestJet email telling me my flight was “impacted by a labour disruption “. Unfortunately it was 14 min after KLM closed for the night. Now I can wait 8 hours until the reopen leaving me 5 hours to reschedule 18 hours worth of flights. #disappointed

@WestJet Your link won’t work because it’s a KLM flight. Cancel my flight please so KLM can change my flights.

For those that had their flights cancelled on @westjet how were you notified? Also, WestJet is the first leg of my three with the other two on @klm and it’s difficult to navigate how it will work. Anyone else in this situation or have anything similar?

@APBC873 Hey BCEHS, currently on hold now for the non emergency line for 26 minutes. I feel bad for your dispatchers/call takers that they are so under staffed. I also feel badly for the general public calling the non emergency line. Some are scared to call 911. 100%Unacceptable

Hey @SunwingVacay and @westjet why do you charge people for upgraded seats and then when it’s time to check in you say the plane changed and there is nothing you can do. There is no notice given and then you split the couple up. But don’t worry, your flight home will be good! NOT

@WestJet @sunwing support is condescending and unhelpful. Please don’t lie to a frequent flyer and say an inferior seat is better. So many “glitches” happened. I can’t believe a supervisor isn’t available on @SunwingVacay or at least that’s what customer service told me

@WestJet No offer to refund my original purchase. @westjet used to be a good provider but sadly they have turned into another budget crappy airline. Hey @AirCanada I’m available.
