Datar: If you go by asset plus income criteria- my friend points out that in 7th pay Commission, salary of class 4 employees in the govt is 18k to 30k and now if you take this into consideration, none of the children will be able to qualify.

Divan : In many courses, postgraduate is the end of the road, and that is the super-speciality in some departments. So the principle regarding super-speciality courses will apply to postgraduate courses too.#NeetPGcounselling2021

Divan: Any change in the current scheme can only be made by this court and neither by the State or central Govt and neither by any HC.

Since we are dealing with PG medical courses, this has to be minimal and based on merits.

1.Being a first year resident with all the extra responsibilities and frustrations.
2.Sitting at home, not being able to work.
Due to govt and courts, thousands of young docs have been suffering for months, with no relief in sight.
