@JrmeCLEMEN69290 @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares The issue is that the refund was processed before the billing date, yet the EMI wasn’t cancelled and I can see the amount credited in my statement. I’ve already contacted my RM multiple times with no resolution. This shouldn’t require chasing it’s a basic service expectation.

Extremely disappointed @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I returned a product bought via EMI and got the refund but the linked EMI is still active. Called my Relationship Manager 5–6 times and didn't get any positive response or help. Why am I being charged for a returned item?

And if it is not removed within a week, the first month's installment will reflect in my credit card bill, which is generated on the 15th of each month for no reason.
