@Alex_Gillon I have the F1 only package for £18 a month and still think this is expensive. I asked for it on the phone as a work colleague has only F1, so they added it on but it’s not advertised on there website.

@SonosSupport Also since removing and putting back on my system, playing with true play it drops out playing for 2-5 seconds, music carries on other speakers but it goes silent then picks up again? Thanks

@SonosSupport Hello, recently my play 5 gen 1 has been making a terrible vibration noise on low down bass and it just drops right out. Anything you can help with this? I’ve tried resetting and tuning again and it’s still the same? Any help much appreciated. Dan

@SonosSupport Thanks for the reply, true play seems to takes a lot of the bass away so is worse with trueplay off!
