As I celebrate the sabbats for a whole half-season, my recognition of Mabon begins today. I must be quite aligned with this pattern, too, as I woke up this morning thinking, “Ah, there is the feeling of the swift-approaching autumn,” and craving pumpkins and apples and spices. I’ve got a couple of things to do today: A book review to write, some furniture to build and paint, some social media planning to tend to - but I’m so motivated. The darker half of the year just stokes the Spark within me. I wish you all a very wonderful day today. If your whimsy’s been lost, I hope it finds you again soon during this magical time of year. ☕🍂

𝓦orking hard today to get some renter-friendly renovations done before the weekend so I can invest my time fully back into other projects. I need to give more time to my online presence, as well, so I think I'm going to give more regular thoughts and updates like these. Here's progress on my desk, a coffee table, and some faux lattice work. It's been a lot, especially just having returned from a trip, but I think it will be very nice to have it all finished. There's no reason an apartment shouldn't feel just as much like home as a house would.
