@HenryK12en @Devsthetix People absolutely fail with leg intensity. I have always found that 1-3 reps on one day and a handful of sets that can be accomplished in under 20 minutes and a volume in sub 30 has always been the best way to get strength , avoid size (for what I do) and injuries.
