@wblakegray I would not pay $100 for bag-in-box because flavor scalping is a real problem, but I would pay that & more for the equivalent volume of wine in metal kegs or cans.
@wblakegray so bizarre. Anyone else get a FaceBook friend request from him out of the blue? Too bad the only options are Confirm or Delete. I was looking for the "Oh, hell no" button.
@vinography How do you really feel?

By the way, I buy raddlers and canned shandy, too. I have not found any piquette that I love either, but I'm open to cheap, low alcohol, refreshing beverages if anyone can recommend one.
@SOMMspirations@vinography Great blog indeed, & nice to have the light being shined on deceptive product claims. I hope most of the public gets that ALCOHOL is the cause of hangovers & sugar-free wine doesn't exist. Kudos to @vinography
@EricAsimov Bag-in-box can be great, but flavor scalping is a problem if inventory doesn't turn over quickly. What do you think of 750ml metal bottles?
@jbonne This seems like tobacco companies with flavored cigs & vapes to get underage consumers addicted. Perhaps this opens the door to them being sued for these practices?
@CaraPatricia I think it's great that you're digging into this. We can still love today's German wines, cars, etc. but everyone should face & own their past (people & countries, USA included).

@ObsMagazine@edcumming Interesting article but where did the statistic "25% of all the wine on earth is fraudulent" come from? What study or what person is being quoted?
