@firstcryindia [1] My wife is privileged club member of firstcry. She had ordered high chair which was delivered on 16th January. However, as item was defected so she had placed return request at the same day. As there was no update on return request till 19th January

[2] so she had sent multiple emails. However, there is no update on return request till now. As your brand name has cry, you are making your valuable customer to cry if they need any service assistant which is very sad. Can you take this issue at the highest priority otherwise
