There is something about seeing a beautiful woman, and having that add to your workout. When it feels that they either reciprocate or doing that caring, but guarded thing.. it feels good to cheese or smile, and hopefully just add to their workout as well.

I am going to re-normalize calling women babes. There are real babes out there, & it feels nice when it's authentic. It's funny in a half-serious context too. Like, "Wow, check out that sweet freaking babe over there looking at us." Yes, this is going to happen with some time 😂.
