@anarcho_ugly@anomalousteacup@AyoCaesar But in my scenario the only difference is that the murderer and victim are swapped.
Your scenario is a different crime.
@anarcho_ugly@anomalousteacup@AyoCaesar "A white person falsely accusing a black man of thievery is so common it borders on cliche."
That is a different scenario
@anarcho_ugly@anomalousteacup@AyoCaesar It's not a coincidence that the murderer thought that he could mislead the police by saying that he was a victim of a racist attack. And it worked
Obviously if the attacker was white and the victim black, the police would be more sceptical of the attacker's claim
@Iwastoldofgin@canaryesq@AyoCaesar Would white people call the police saying that they've been a victim of a racist attack after they had stabbed a black man to death?
Highly unlikely
@KingOfInternet@justask66054535@ZaidJilani "Most gay people support trans people"
Hence the drop in support. Weirdly conducting sex change operations on children isn't popular
The reason that this ho-hum troon is getting the red carpet treatment by the media is because the idea of parading around the King's son as their new eunuch is a psychopathic tribal flex.
@anomalousteacup@AyoCaesar Why do you think that the murderer and his family claimed that they were victims of a racist attack?
They knew that they would be seen as "victims" which is probably why the police didn't take Henry seriously when he said that he had been stabbed
If you think a black or Indian teenager in Nowak’s place would have been coddled by the agents and swiftly driven to the hospital you really can believe anything
I think my view is, if you widen the lense out a bit, all these issues are downstream of the collapse further back of the institutions (political parties, trade unions) that had to actually represent most people. Now, there are no levers to pull.
Left leaning states have a better quality of life because they were rich to start out with
Unlike you I’m smart enough to judge trajectory. Leftist states started out rich and are getting poorer while the south started out poor as shit and is getting richer
Trajectory matters
@VanceFry@geraldposner I think trans activists are being set up as the fall guys. Transgenderism has been a disaster but the downward trajectory of public support for gay rights has it roots in gays embrace of "queer" and all that entails

The Code isn’t itself secondary legislation. It’s guidance that explains the law. The time for MPs to scrutinise the Eq Act’s single-sex exceptions was when Parliament passed this law back in 2010. If MPs want to change the law they need to change the law, not block guidance.
I will honestly never understand why so many people seem desperate for men to be able to undress etc in front of women and little girls…. In a female single-sex space.
It blows my mind & alarms me in equal measure.
I think it’s difficult to avoid charges of racism when you’re conflating two entirely different religious groups when all they really have in common is that the majority of their adherents aren’t white
Badenoch's position following the BLM madness was about as far out as one could reasonably have gone in the circs. And it demonstrates the value of taking a short term hit now that there is some credibility in the bank on the topic and it matters.
