@KFCSA order the 8 for 8 and tell me why I was suffering with cramps and runny tummy since last night! From the Cosmo KFC and it’s not the first time😩😩😩😩
and I was told that by today (Friday) I should log in and do a request for payment.
However, my application status still shows “submitted”with no change.
I then called the UIF call centre again to ask what time I should log in to check for status updates, but the agent hung up
@UIFBenefits I applied for UIF on 9 April 2026. My claim was rejected due to my UI19 form having a missing name in section 1.11. I then corrected and resubmitted the amended document, and my case number is 20260423-000301.
I also spoke to a team leader named Harry, but still received no resolution.
On 3 June 2026, I went to the Randburg Labour Centre and resubmitted my documents again. The officer who assisted me with the declaration advised that I would be back paid
@Uber_Support@Uber_RSA Just got word of horrible service regarding a order my mother placed yesterday on the app and driver claimed to have delivered however it wasn’t, she called the merchant which is @Mochachos Alberton and asked if the driver Morris left with her order ….
Drove away without allowing her to follow and never returned, @Uber_Support@UberEats said on the app they can’t do anything and when my mother reported the issue she was given a reply that issue resolved however she wasn’t credited her money that was taken!! Please resolve this
They responded the driver is still at the store and he claimed to have delievered, started arguing over the phone and she took a drive to the merchant and found driver still there asked if he can go show her where he delivered as it wasn’t her place he got on his bike ….
@picknpayasap why when I placed order it said it would be delivered between 18:30 - 19:00, I placed order at 18:00 now when I logged in to see how far driver is they saying delivery is tomorrow between 8:30 - 9:00am why don’t we have a cancel option I’ve called your customer care
@Uber_Support@Uber_RSA what’s wrong with the app when I check distance on my gps and other e hailing services they the same, however on uber it shows 15 to 20km extra distance

I have a serious issue which I’ve noted with Uber especially the E-Hailing app
I requested a ride this evening, driver came and said he arrived, walked out to no driver insight however in a far distance I can see a car that looks like the one on the app
How do I request, when the amount hasn’t been refunded? And why is this a recurring issue with @Uber_RSA monies owed to us is never returned, and I’ve double checked with my bank to see if a refund was done for previous trips and it hasn’t! I’ve been a loyal user for some years
I filed a complaint via the app and disputed the cancellation fee and that was rejected by uber as it’s compensation for the driver, what about me that requested and been waiting and now I’m less the original amount I had in my bank account, and still never received the refund.
