@My_Metro I know a Northern rail return from Sunderland to Newcastle can be used on the TW metro, but does this count for season tickets between the two stations? I have a Northern smart card with a season ticket between NCL and SUN, can I use the metro with this?

@RoyalMailHelp Royal mail lost my passport in the post. Apparantly, as I didn't pay for special delivery, my item is never guaranteed to arrive at the destination! Clearly the consumer rights act doesn't apply to Royal Mail. I've paid for a service I didn't receive 1/2

@HM_Passport Passport was lost in the post. Requested a call back to process my application, was told would get it in 48 hours. I have repeated this process three times and still nothing heard within over a week. Why am I not receiving my callback? Travelling in less than 3 weeks
