@RegTechPRO@PeterMcCormack@garyseconomics It's perfectly fine to criticise taxable amounts, but £6 alcohol tax?!? A pint has about 59p of it's cost as tax. At least be honest about your criticism.
@_ChrisLepkowski I think fuel could become an issue then. What would happen if they need to run more laps than were originally planned for to get the final flying lap?
@LNRailway I used to work on the railways as a warranty engineer in a depot and I've seen drivers "accidentally" break something on their train just because they didn't fancy going out that morning, so I've got to admit I don't quite have the sympathy I used to have ...
@LNRailway 1. A genuine question and not a complaint. How come when there is a train breakdown you guys don't organise onward travel as a given? As passengers we have to just wait for the next train no matter how long they wait may be and for you guys to organise taxis wouldn't
@LNRailway I appreciate you probably can't but I would imagine there would be someone in your your office that could and as a gesture it would be much appreciated.
@LNRailway just been kicked off the train at Northampton because your train has broken down. Any chance someone can do the decent thing and order me a taxi to Hampton in Arden? I've got a connection to catch and I can't miss it.
@LNRailway 1.I had to go to work so yes, it was essential. I take then you guys aren't going to do the decent thing and organise me a taxi to get to Hampton in Arden and you're going to leave me waiting in the sun for the next hour because your train broke down then? I think for the cost of
@LNRailway We just get the usual, but it's an hour wait for a train. I need to get back to make my connection to travel onwards to Yorkshire, or it'll be midnight before I'm up there.
