I am trying to complete annual filings day and night. Forget filing, I cannot even log in to the MCA portal, not even after 12 midnight. Working on MCA21 has become almost impossible.

Respected MCA, thank you for extending the limits for small companies. Now more companies will be benefitted, on the other side there are companies who also want to take part in nation development, but due to hefty and accumulating additional fees, they are not able to participate in nation development post Covid. One time settlement scheme will help them a lot and thereafter as a clean slate they will follow the compliance promptly. Please support them one time. MCA does not want to follow this culture, we know very well, but many hindrances existed post Covid, please support small and tiny companies

@MCA21India Kindly put a cap on MCA annual filing penalties. The current unlimited penalty structure is against the principles of natural justice and is causing unnecessary hardship to companies.

#MCAv3’s intent was good, but the execution of web-based filing has become a compliance bottleneck due to slow load, failed uploads, broken sessions, automated log outs, payment failures & so on . . .

Dear @MCA21India , a simple form like csr -2 is eating months of time just to fill the details and generate the pdf form. How many times will the page apologise sir? And to the top of it you send reminder mails to file within due date having this kind of pathetic website.
