यह सवाल अब सिर्फ PNC से नहीं, NHAI से है।
सूत्र बताते है कि जिस PNC Infratech के बनाए लखनऊ-कानपुर एक्सप्रेसवे की निर्माण गुणवत्ता उद्घाटन के कुछ ही समय बाद सवालों में आ गई, उसी कंपनी के पास बाराबंकी-बहराइच NH-927 के दोनों पैकेजों में L1 bidder होने की बात सामने आई है।
NHAI ने कानपुर-लखनऊ एक्सप्रेसवे मामले में टोल रोकने, जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ कड़े कदम उठाए हैं। कंपनी को भविष्य की बोलियों से रोकने की प्रक्रिया की खबरें भी सामने आईं।
लेकिन बड़ा सवाल यह है जब कंपनी के पुराने काम की गुणवत्ता पर NHAI खुद सवाल उठा रहा है, तो नए ₹3,483 करोड़ के प्रोजेक्ट में उसकी पात्रता और पिछला प्रदर्शन कितनी गंभीरता से परखा गया?
PNC के आधिकारिक स्टॉक-एक्सचेंज खुलासे के मुताबिक 21 अप्रैल 2026 को कंपनी बाराबंकी-मुस्तफाबाद पैकेज में ₹1,728 करोड़ और मुस्तफाबाद-बिसवरिया पैकेज में ₹1,755 करोड़ की L1 bidder बनी थी।
अब NHAI बताए क्या L1 तय करते समय कानपुर एक्सप्रेसवे का रिकॉर्ड सामने था?
क्या गुणवत्ता को लेकर चल रही कार्रवाई का नए प्रोजेक्ट की पात्रता पर कोई असर पड़ा?
और अगर कंपनी पर कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया चल रही है, तो ₹3,483 करोड़ की इस सड़क का भविष्य क्या होगा?
जनता के पैसे से सड़क बन रही है।
सड़क चाहिए या गड्ढों का नया ठेका?
NHAI को इन सवालों का जवाब देना चाहिए।

आगरा के राजा मंडी में महाराजा सूरज मल इंटर कॉलेज है। कागजों में कक्षा 1 से 12 तक चलता है। लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि कक्षा 1 से 5 में एक भी बच्चा नहीं। कक्षा 6 से 12 में सिर्फ 11 छात्र-छात्राएं हैं। स्कूल में 20 साल से बिजली का कनेक्शन तक नहीं है। पीने का साफ पानी भी नहीं। प्रधानाचार्य सीमा सिंह कई बार जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक को पत्र लिख चुकी हैं, लेकिन कोई व्यवस्था नहीं हुई है।

टीचर स्वाति ने बताया कि बच्चों को भगा दिया जाता है। टीचर पुष्पेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि पुराने प्रधानाचार्य ऋषिपाल त्यागी से द्वेष की वजह से एडमिशन बंद हो गए। चुनाव या परीक्षा के समय अस्थाई बिजली लगती है, फिर काट दी जाती है। जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक रविन्द्र तोमर से जब पूछा तो उन्होंने कुछ नहीं बोला।
