BJP also suggested UPA to remove artical 370, to implement uniform civil code, insolvency and bankruptcy code, new labour laws, farm laws, . But they were not implemented by UPA, you know rest of the story. People thought these are important but congress failed to implement them, so they voted them out and brought in BJP
