To clear up some confusion about how defense said it was Odinist and now it is Ron Logan, it is not the responsibility of the defense to solve this case.
It doesn't matter if they want to say Odinist today and tomorrow say Ron Logan. The point is there is reasonable doubt and discrepancies in the State's investigation and case and the state has the burden of proving Richard Allen is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, which they have failed to do.

The case doesn't need to be solved in order to vacate his conviction, Richard Allen is factually innocent and every piece of evidence that has been presented, proves that. #FreeRickAllen

Michael Proctors (Mass State Police Trooper) texts were of course despicable & unforgivable. Everyone including him said they should NEVER have happened. SHE WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE. Let me REPEAT, Sandra Birchmore was NOT the first victim of the police & medical examiner deeming COD: (Cause of Death) Suicide when in fact was foul play/homicide. (DA’S knowing & being very much involved).

Michael Proctor, without hesitation, texted family member about a “suspicious homicide case”.
Without hesitation, he asked for a gift for his participation in the investigation “for the last 10 days” according to his own words. He’s asking witnesses for gifts for doing his job? Gifts for his wife? The BEST FRIEND of a witness.

Without hesitation, the Canton PD, continued to work a case even after knowingly recusing themselves because of CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Without hesitation, (actually I believe there was in fact a 5 minute break) Judge Beverlone Cannone REFUSED TO RECUSE herself due to conflict of interest after being shown clear as day, provable evidence of just that.

Without hesitation, Trooper Fanning, LIED to the Judge about a juror allegedly having a conversation about the trial at bar & was NOT required to produce ANY evidence of this SERIOUS ALLEGATION. No video, no recording, no photo, NO signed affidavit, nothing and this juror was TOSSED. Without hesitation.

John Fanning, Mass State Trooper w/sexual assault allegations&blurred past himself, the CHOSEN foreman, had access to ALL jurors notepads, etc had quite the questionable IGNORED parts in so very many many of these MA CONSPIRACIES AND CASES.

Without hesitation, the District Attorney, Mister MM himself (again inputting ALLEGEDLY, unwillingly here) ran his drunk mouth while sitting in a public place in FL 3 months ago, about the anger he had towards those who couldn’t get “the B to take the plea”. A DA allegedly not planning to continue running for office but not stepping down due to pride. 🤮
Also concerning that a DA has no fear of incarceration because of “flows of money going out so many ways they’ll never be able to connect to convict”. He’ll never spend a day in jail. 😡

Without hesitation, court clerk Jim McDermott, Canton Chief Helena Rafferty, Selectman Chris Albert & Grand Grifter Paul O’Keefe ALL support incarceration for LIFE for Karen Read for allegedly hitting Officer O’Keefe, yet, they ALL admittedly, ACTUALLY & FACTUALLY killed & caused bodily harm to others. All of them sit pretty FREE today with powerful titles, no? X won’t allow me to go on! WHAT ELSE? #FKR #FreeKarenRead
