+6R day, $NBIS win after a loss, $SMCI 2 winners 1 loser, $META one loser. I rarely take as many trades intraday, but today was full of opportunities!
How'd you all do today?

Leopold Aschenbrenner has been buying $IREN every quarter since Q1 2025
5 straight quarters, buys the same stock
Here's the breakdown:
• Q1 2025: $20M
• Q2 2025: $93M
• Q3 2025: $338M
• Q4 2025: $328M
• Q1 2026: $401M
His thesis: AI has one problem, not enough power
Building a new data center and getting it powered up takes 3 to 5 years of permits and approvals
But Bitcoin miners already have the land, the power, and the grid access
And IREN is sitting on all of that, and pivoting it straight into AI
Currently they have a $9.7B Microsoft contract and a $3.4B NVIDIA partnership to back it up
It's up 639% since his first 13F disclosure
Also... he's been buying $APLD and $CORZ are in every quarter too
What a weird day, net +1R
It was good, and unlucky at the same time. First trade on $TSLA -2R, oversized due to confidence. Second trade on $TSLA +4.3Rs, ending it with -1R on $AVGO. Overall, there were PERFECT opportunities on stocks like $AMD and $AAPL, but sometimes we end up watching the wrong stock
Hope you all did better!

US home foreclosures are accelerating:
Properties with foreclosure filings rose +26% YoY in Q1 2026, to ~119,000, the highest in 6 years.
The last time foreclosures were at this high was Q1 2020, just before government relief programs and pandemic stimulus caused them to decline.
Foreclosure filings have more than TRIPLED since the post-pandemic low.
The increase has been driven by soaring home insurance bills, property taxes, and homeowner association fees rather than mortgage defaults alone.
In 2025, the average annual home insurance bill jumped +12% YoY, to a record $2,948.
At the same time, average property tax on US single-family homes rose +3% YoY, to $4,427, also the highest on record.
Financial pressures on homeowners are surging.
BREAKING: S&P 500 futures extend gains to over +1% on the day and hit the highest level on record as President Trump asks Iran to join the Abraham Accords.
That's +$11.3 TRILLION in market cao since the March 30th bottom.
📈 $NVDA printed $81.6B in Q1 revenue, 85% YoY growth, with Q2 guidance at $91B = both ahead of consensus. Vera CPU is the disclosure that changes the addressable market picture: a custom ARM core co-designed with Rubin GPU and NVLink, targeting $200B in TAM that NVIDIA did not previously touch, already committed to by every major cloud and systems vendor. The three incumbent CPU players spent two quarters flagging structural demand strength; Vera CPU is the product that absorbs it.
ACIE at $37B with sovereign AI deployed across 40 countries, and Physical AI crossing $9B in trailing 12-month revenue, confirm the demand surface has expanded well beyond hyperscaler budget cycles. Management's $1T revenue visibility window across calendar 2025-2027 from Blackwell and Rubin, at sustained 75% gross margins, describes a multi-year infrastructure buildout with every major customer committing simultaneously. Inventory turns declining to 103.8 days with WIP up 12.77% QoQ reflects GB300 shipping hard while Vera Rubin prebuild accumulates. Inference at scale has become a revenue line, and the agentic compute demand Jensen described is already in the numbers.

From Bloomberg:
“Executives across retail, restaurants and packaged goods are increasingly worried about US shoppers with tighter budgets amid surging gas prices caused by the conflict in the Middle East.
“They’re literally running out of money at the end of the month,” Kraft Heinz Co. Chief Executive Officer Steve Cahillane said in an interview this week. “We’re seeing negative cash flows in the lower-income brackets where they’re dipping into savings.”

NEW: There were *four* dissents on the Fed’s rate pause.
Three bank presidents wanted to ditch the easing bias, and a governor dissented for a rate cut.
The last meeting with four dissents was in 1992.
