@GooglePlay I changed my biz address in D&B which is all set. #GooglePlay detects there's a change but the info it provides for me to confirm is my previous address. How do I fix this? I need to release my app this week. Your email support is of no help and repeats responses.
@KPMemberService I can build a simple web app which can let people like me fill the forms, e-sign, and submit all online. Can I be put in touch with the right person at Kaiser to discuss this?
@aboutKP Why is account change for adding a newborn to my individual family plan such a manual cumbersome process? Print, fill, sign a PDF then FAX or post mail it?! In this day and age?!

@KPMemberService I talked to member services. Turns out there is an fax email that you can "fax" to. I filled the pdf on my comp and use to DocuSign to sign and send to that fax email. I wish all of this info was in one place. I'm sure most people struggle and actually print and fax.

@ChaseSupport been on 1-2 hr wait calls for 3 days. Totally get how slammed you are. But your auto ph info is wrong about self-serve option on the website. There is none (only for trips >7 days out). I need to cancl/chng my rt flights (3/18 to 24). #chasetravel#coronavirus
