Sierra Leone’s Minister of Social Welfare and Head of Delegation- COSP 18 delivered a Call to Action which included guaranteeing "inclusive education, social protection, healthcare, and accessible infrastructure in post-disaster recovery and climate adaptation programming" and strengthening "international cooperation and accountability, placing equity, dignity, and agency of PWDs at the center of global responses."
