@DellCares @Dell @Alienware Dell has already received diagnostics, system logs/dumps and completed Windows repair troubleshooting. Repair arrangements were also created and later cancelled. I’ve now submitted fresh logs/dumps after the 0x101 crash, but the issue remains unresolved.

@DellCares @Dell @Alienware Please help escalate my unresolved Area-51 case. My PC has randomly frozen since I received it despite months of diagnostics/troubleshooting. I’ve now captured CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (0x101). I have Elite Care. Can a senior team review my case?

@LunaSocietyIntl Yes I tweeted this around 8 months ago, But I did not got any reply at that time and I had to make many call which were not answered at all, at last I had to call my bank to revert the transaction and that when I got a call back from you...!!!
