Where has customer service gone. I went back to @TMobileHelp from XFINITY their service is 🤦🏻‍♀️ ❗️ I guess I’m being punished for switching bk. I was sent a iPhone 15 max that I never received. The agent went on vaca & has not called back. I have no ph & no refund & a bill🤬

So… I am so upset with @XFINITY mobile. I switched to Xfinity late fall I had a $75 special going on for my watch phone and iPad why two days ago they take $388.40 out of my account and no one is available to help me. XFINITY 🤦🏻‍♀️ I need all my money back.
