@carpentryhero Not efficient enough to bus to LRT stations. Especially with kids to drop at school. To improve LRT ridership, it needs to be flexible and convenient - including an option to pay for monthly parking at the end of the line.
#yegcommute - how is no one talking about the 3000 person waiting list for monthly parking at Century Park? Doesnt that represent at least 2500 people that would take LRT from south Edmonton on a daily basis but drive instead?
My #yegcommute used to be LRT in winter, bike in summer from south Edmonton. I now drive in winter - no parking at Century Park, laughably inefficient to bus, no alternative park and ride options.
