Understanding Options Greeks is extremely important as a Day Trader. Knowing them you can make more informed decisions about which options to trade, and when to trade them.
Theta: Theta measures the inevitable loss in value that options experience as time passes
Delta: Delta is the change in the option's price or premium due to the change in the Underlying futures price.
Gamma: an options risk metric that describes the rate of change in an option's delta per one-point move in the underlying asset's price
Vega: Vega is the Greek that measures an option's sensitivity to implied volatility.
Rho: Rho measures an option's sensitivity to changes in the risk-free rate of interest

Intrinsic value of an option can be calculated by taking the STOCK PRICE and subtracting the STRIKE PRICE from it. Example, if $NVDA opens at 390 a 360 strike call would have $30.00 of intrinsic value (390 - 360).
Remember to sprinkle on a little extra for extrinsic value.
