Something interesting is happening in California.
The Trump administration is pushing to reopen offshore drilling along the California coast.
It’s still early, but if it goes through, it is going to create a large new source of offshore rig demand that does not exist in today’s global rig-demand calculations.
And this isn’t just shallow-water drilling. Parts of the offshore acreage extend into deepwater territory, where drillships and semisubs would be needed.
Offshore is the easiest play out there. $RIG $NE $SDRL
Commanders HC Dan Quinn confirmed this morning that LT Laremy Tunsil will undergo surgery on his torn tricep. There will be a better sense on Tunsil’s injury timeline after the surgery is completed, but he is expected to miss significant time, if not the season.
Chevron’s CEO: “Physical oil shortages are about to begin.”
Not high prices. Physical shortage.

Their biggest customer just announced the demand. Out loud.

The desire to create "fairness" has been the downfall of almost every empire and nation in history.
Let me explain. When a country or empire reaches its pinnacle life is easy. It's citizens become complacent and then decadent. Society starts to lose its grip on reality. Men can be women, and women can be men. If this isn't an example of losing a grip on reality I don't know what is. Those that have less look upon those that have succeeded with envy and they inevitably decide that this is morally unjust. They rationalize that in this "great" society there shouldn't be any unfortunates that have to do without. Those that have too much (who gets to decide what too much is BTW?) need to share with those that have less and that will lift everyone up. Everyone will be equal and everyone will be happy.
Except that's not how it ever plays out. You can't make everyone equally rich. All you can do is make everyone equally poor. And in attempting to make everyone equal you destroy innovation, the very innovation that built the empire.
Why save, risk and build if the fruits of your sacrifice and labor are just going to be taken from you and distributed among the less fortunate? The answer is there is no reason and that is exactly what happens when societies go down this path, and they all eventually do. It seems to be a universal human trait that all societies eventually succumb to the deadly cancer of "fairness" and "equality". It is an irresistible siren song that the left has used throughout history to gain and retain power. And it has destroyed every empire in history starting with Greece and Rome to now I think it is starting to eat away at western culture. The very culture that built the most powerful empire in history.
Like every empire before, the rot of "fairness" will bring us down from within.
George Soros collaborated with the Nazis as a teenager.
He knew exactly what he was doing and he shows no remorse today.
This psychopath is destroying the West.
Not Elon Musk.
They tried to ban this interview everywhere.
Here you can see the truth for yourself on 𝕏.
Absolutely.
In addition, there will be reciprocal confiscation of assets of those who support the current regime in Brazil to pay for their illegal actions.
Dear fellow gays… We demand tolerance and respect but then make a mockery of something sacred for over 2 billion Christians. This type of hypocrisy and lack of understanding is a bad look. We get outraged when the extreme right bashes us, but then we do this shit. What kind of reaction do you think they will have towards the LGBTQ+ community after this. This is NOT how we break down barriers it’s how you build them.
@stocktalkweekly Yes, this was an extremely unethical and politically partisan decision by the FCC that is contrary to the interests of the American people whose interests they have a legal and moral obligation to defend!
