@SouthwestAir I just did. I get the weather being out of your control. But a BWI announcement of 1 hour grounding and then boarding is completely on your control.
@SouthwestAir there was a ground delay of an hour at BWI announced 5 min before you boarded us. THEN you announce 15 min into boarded that there is a 1 hour delay. Make it make sense.

@priceline very disappointed in your business practices. I should have stuck with @Marriott . No refund on a 24 hr cancellation and a rep that poured salt in a wound - unacceptable.
