On the third day, I added a voice model, and Jarvis can now be woken up by voice, but it hasn't achieved the effect I want yet. I'm still optimizing it.
On Day 2 of development, we completed the first milestone toward our vision: basic dialog boxes and simple command execution.
Next, we’re removing the dialog layer entirely and moving toward direct voice-based system control.
Step by step, this is becoming more than an interface — it’s evolving into an intelligent operating environment.
Today, this virtual machine stopped feeling like a virtual machine.
I finished redesigning the opening boot animation: AI core online, system interface awakened, and the whole environment entering a cinematic cyber startup mode.
This is only phase one.
Next, I’ll rebuild the desktop, interactions, automation workflows, and agent architecture — turning it into a true super-intelligent agent workstation.
Not just a skin.

I want to create my own intelligent operating system inside a virtual machine. The goal is to customize the entire system experience, starting with the boot screen, and then integrate an AI agent directly into the OS so it can launch automatically, monitor the system, respond to commands, and help manage tasks. Project Introduction
CrossBorderIntent is an Intent + Solver execution platform for cross-border commerce. Instead of forcing users to search across platforms, compare logistics options, estimate taxes, and evaluate customs risks by themselves, the system lets users describe the outcome they want in natural language. It then converts that request into a structured Intent, collects proposals from multiple fulfillment solvers, compares cost, ETA, tax, customs reliability, and risk, and finally generates an explainable execution order with end-to-end fulfillment tracking.

The user creates a cross-border sourcing request, such as restocking 100 smart pet water fountains into a US warehouse.
The system parses the request into a structured Intent, including origin, destination, deadline, budget goal, constraints, and required documents.
Multiple solvers submit fulfillment proposals, such as Air Freight, Sea Express, and Postal Packet.
The system compares each solver by landed cost, delivery time, risk level, tracking reliability, and warehouse readiness.
The best route is selected. In the demo, Sea Express Solver is chosen because it balances cost, speed, and fulfillment reliability.
The platform generates a cross-border execution order with route, ETA, product cost, freight, estimated tax, landed cost, risk level, and required documents.
The order status is tracked through the full lifecycle:
Created -> Parsed -> Quoted -> Confirmed -> Executing -> Customs -> Delivered -> Settled.
