My Airtel Broadband [id 014821963551] in Bhilwara, Raj has been discontinued without reminder or notice.
Applied for reactivation via email but no response

We plan to use from 4th Apr for WFH service for my office work.

Overall Airtel denied to re-activate my account and finally we decided to exit Airtel and moved to other fiber service provider.

It resolved on 12 May evening. Customer service and Airtel technician were not in sync. Fiber cable was broken from outside main poll. Overall, Airtel fiber customer service is not good at all.

Still no resolution to Airtel fiber internet service as of 12th May 03:23pm for account. Service stopped with effect of 10th May without any reason while monthly amount is paid well on 30th Apr. Ac No - 014821963551_dsl. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
