What I did today working at @SkyMavisHQ.
RGP-1: Finalised the content pack: Blog, Discord Announcements, Thread and graphics, plus some repurposed assets. Also a final alignment with product for a smooth launch. We are also going to be leaning heavily into targeted activation of users for this. I can share more details if interested on this.
Ronin Stash Migration: Coordinated with the team across Ronin publishing to maintain a high level of awareness. We've now posted 40+ pieces of content, with more to come. Ronin support has also flagged the top painpoints for users, so we will leverage new content to increase education to the few users who are having some issues.
New releases on Ronin: Got updated on a few upcoming titles, and continued discussions on how we can automate and improve the comms process for builders.
Indie Dev Showcase: Final check-in with the games, then pushed the announcement comms. I want to help indies more, and a key part of that is up skill and empowerment. Which ties back into improving how we communicate with and support Ronin builders.
Creators Program: Met with @nixeniego to align on the Ronin Creators Program. It's empowering to see someone so focused on delivering value to creators: up skilling and improving our systems to assist them in their growth. We brainstormed a few additions that could go into the next update. I'd advise following him for updates... It won't be long now.
Axie Mass Content Experiment: 73 pieces ready for week 2. Some are new formats, and some double down on what worked in week 1. My DMs are popping off (which is cool). Most people love the new content, and the consistent feedback is on Atia's Legacy game development and the Axie Classic throwbacks. A few called some of it cringe, and I get it, but that's the whole point of experimenting. I'm open to ANY idea that helps Axie grow, as long as it doesn't damage the brand (we have a process to vet this). Proud of the team for executing at this scale. Can't wait for the data to help improve our content strategy for @AxieInfinity.
Note: Most games & CHAINS only post on X (at best). Please do better....To the ones pushing hard on more socials and irl activations, keep up the awesome work here if you want to share learnings (dms always open).
Finished of the day with some irl team bonding with basketball. Not my strongest sport, but it was 2 hours of solid exercise and I enjoyed the challenge.
One of the four core pillars I still live my life by that was drilled into me from my previous life as a Royal Marine Commando is: Cheerfulness in the face of adversity.
You'd be surprised how changing your perspective (and finding joy where others can't ) alters your execution level and happiness EVEN when times are challenging.
See you tomorrow in the Indie Dev Showcase (@Ronin_Network Discord) 07:00 ET / 11:00 UTC / 19:00 PHT.
Don't be late.

One of my favorite things about streaming Web3 games is seeing founders and team members pop into streams to show support, engage with the community, or just hang out and watch.
That level of accessibility is special. You donโt get that everywhere.
@Cryptoguy777@farmricochet@anikzin I sent you a friend request on discord, but I'll be happy to answer any questions you have, whether here or on Discord ๐
Something new is coming to Farm Ricochet... ๐
Here's a little sneak peek at one of the new maps we're bringing to our Beta.
New biomes. New enemies. A whole new pixel art world to explore.
And this is just the beginning.
Farm Ricochet Beta โ November 22 on Ronin Network

@Cryptoguy777@farmricochet What got me hooked on the game was being able to imagine everything it could become and seeing the devs actually listen to those suggestions ๐
Soon we will say goodbye to mints with no gameplay. That will become the norm.
In 2018 we thought we were fast to ship something playable about 3 months after mint.
The new norm will become hours or days after.
The biggest takeaway has been that players enjoy the core idle gameplay, but want smoother progression, better equipment management, and improved performance.
That feedback is helping us shape our beta. Our goal is to build a fun game first, with Web3 as an optional extension of the experience ๐
