One thing I learned this week that has completely changed how I build software is using a monorepo with pnpm.

For example, with FlexBaby🍼, I can have:
📦 apps/web – the customer-facing application
📦 apps/admin – the internal dashboard
📦 packages/ui – shared components
📦 packages/types – shared TypeScript types
📦 packages/config – reusable configurations
