b. Sea Point is included in CBD for social housing delivery;
c. Province must submit a report under oath setting out its affordable housing plans;
d. A report of housing delivered since the commencement of this litigation must be provided (BIG PROBLEM: The answer is ZERO). Report must include similar information about housing in or around City Centre.

Province failed to meaningfully engage with public and conduct a proper public consultation process about the disposal of the land.
(This is a BIG deal for the City as well - they’re selling off land like we have a fire sale).
