@qikipedia Great, now check how both correlate to household income…

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@pitchforkedpuck I think the really interesting one is Noesen: if they go with 13F then Noes, Boq and Lombardi appear to be competing for 2 spots. 2 guys are Sunny additions, does that leave Noes as the odd man out? Could well make it through waivers too, with his contract and injury history.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@CharleMarx Loved this, been on it all evening and came looking for the post to let you know. Hoping you get the opportunity and inclination to increase the rosters at some stage.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@AlexC_NJD @DimFilipovic Couldn’t help but notice the Devils appeared in that reel 3 times, and on each occasion it was as a result of a turnover in our own zone. Evangelists looks like a great fit with Nico and Timo I think.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@ByronMBader Want the Devils to draft him just to see Ken Daneyko have to pronounce his name. In other NJ news, is Hermansson a reach at 12 according to your model?

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@thenvpshow Yeah, regardless of Sunny’s thoughts on Nemec’s future, if he trades him for 2 RFA wingers who are both under 0.5 ppg then he’s not the GM I thought we were getting.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@lose4hughes @Mattymar89 How many of those trades happened between the draft lottery and the draft?

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@AndrewTimoni @JamesNicholsNHL Oh, is it the trade deadline now?

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@JamesNicholsNHL Vegas are a special case. The others are all well ahead of us in terms of their window, with success largely built on the strength of their drafting (including using those good picks as bait to make impact trades - eg Wild with Hughes). We’re all too scarred by Fritz’ drafts!

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@AndrewTimoni @JamesNicholsNHL And (ignoring the fact that it’s taking on more cap that we don’t have) why do Toronto agree? Considering their Star Centre has been suggesting he’d consider looking elsewhere if they don’t improve the team quickly.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@JamesNicholsNHL Excellent, I look forward to it

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@pitchforkedpuck I’m not convinced by Hemming either, I agree that he’s one of a few players that seem to be ranked in that range and are overvalued due to their height. Also not sold on Wyatt Cullen or Ty Lawrence for production reasons. Elton Hermansson is the one that intrigues me.

[Dafydd Parsons @dafyddparsons]

@annikadevils A really impressive crop of Swedes this year. I’m hoping the Devs get Hermansson (unless they luck out in the lottery again!)
