The court has completely abandoned basic legal principles… she admits in her own order that she lacks the full briefing to make a sound decision, yet she pulls the trigger on a sweeping nationwide injunction anyway. She bypasses the mandatory four-factor Winter test entirely, offering zero findings on the law or the facts. It is a pure, unadulterated abuse of discretion… an absolute joke of a two-page order that treats a routine scheduling disagreement as a national emergency.

The standing theory in this lawsuit is a complete fiction… these plaintiffs have no concrete injury, have filed no claims, and have suffered no denials. They are demanding the total destruction of a Fund to cure an alleged injury of exclusion… a logical paradox that completely fails Article III standards. To make matters worse, issuing a universal, nationwide freeze on behalf of three partisan litigants flatly violates the Supreme Court’s binding precedent in Trump v. CASA, Inc.. Relief must be narrowly tailored to the parties before the court… this un-tailored, overbroad overreach is a direct violation of the law.

This is a dangerous, highly coordinated attempt by corporate-backed litigants like Democracy Forward to weaponize the judiciary and dismantle Executive branch authority… they manufactured a fake emergency out of a scheduling dispute, and an activist judge happily obliged. This lawless injunction is a total procedural anomaly… it will be aggressively challenged, and it will be completely dismantled on appeal.
