@TLRailUK hi I see you are advising people who need the lifts at st pancras to travel to faringdon and get the tube back to kings cross when they are shut for 3 months will you be paying the extra cost involved?

@TLRailUK I know that but this is every day not just once on a while and has been going on for nearly a year it only leaves from platform 1 once every 3 or 4 months
@TLRailUK can you please tell me why the 05:55 from sac changes from platform 1 to platform 3 every morning about 5 mins before it's due? It's only left from platform 1 a handful of times this year
@TLRailUK arrived at sac to find lots of cancellations due to your staffing levels being below what is workable ๐ฎโ๐จcan you please explain why this is every weekend now and what is being done to address the issue
@TfL another week with delays I can't claim for due to your ongoing cyber attack, are you going for the world record? If it was the other way round on the customers favour financially it would have been fix a long while ago, how much longer?
@TfL another week out of pocket on delay repay and travel expenses for work as you've still not sorted payment history yet, any idea when this is going to be sorted as I'm sure I'm not the only one who's out of pocket because of this
@nationalrailenq your new updated app is terrible, completely unrecognisable, and very hard to use, can no longer see a list of the stations I use regularly ๐
@TfL can you please tell me when I will be able to access my journey and payy history on contactless as I can not claim delay repay or my travel allowance and every week I'm getting more and more out of pocket and I don't suppose you're going to reimburse me for my losses
