Saving 10 hours a week doesn’t require a complicated AI system.
It starts with three questions:
• What repeats?
• What follows rules?
• What can be reviewed instead of created from scratch?
I turned the answers into 3 practical ebooks for freelancers and small businesses. The bundle is $200 — link in bio.
Which question revealed your first automation?
If you like or reply, I’ll send the bundle details by DM.
Three years ago I charged $35/hour.
The biggest change wasn’t my skill. I stopped selling hours and started pricing the result, speed, and risk I removed.
Freelancers: what feels harder?
A) raising your rate
B) explaining your value
C) saying no to bad-fit clients
If you like or reply, I’ll send the bundle details by DM.
I spent 40 minutes automating client onboarding once.
Now every new form creates a brief, prepares the welcome email, and updates the project board.
Time saved: about 45 minutes per client.
The best automation isn’t impressive. It’s invisible.
What would you automate in your onboarding?

A simple test before automating any task:
1. Does it happen every week?
2. Does it follow the same steps?
3. Does it require judgment?
If the answers are yes, yes, no — automate it.
What task passes this test for you?

Most freelancers don’t need 20 AI tools.
They need one boring workflow that runs every week without being remembered.
Mine would be: client submits a form → brief is created → welcome email is ready.
What’s your version of that boring workflow?
If you like or reply, I’ll send the bundle details by DM.
AI won’t save your week. Removing one repeated decision will.
My best automation didn’t replace a job. It stopped me from rewriting the same client email 5 times a week.
Small workflow. Real time back.
Which task would you remove first?
A) email
B) admin
C) content
D) client onboarding

The most common pushback I get on AI automation:
"But won't it make my work sound robotic?"
Short answer: only if you use it wrong.
Long answer:
I tested 30+ AI tools over 6 months. Here's what I found:
TOOLS THAT ACTUALLY WORK for small business:
✓ ChatGPT/Claude — drafts, brainstorming, research (use as FIRST draft only)
✓ Zapier/Make — connecting apps, triggered workflows
✓ Superhuman — email triage, fast responses
✓ Canva AI — social graphics, quick mockups
✓ Notion AI — docs, project tracking, meeting notes
TOOLS THAT ARE OVERHYPED:
✗ "AI employees" that replace entire roles (they can't — yet)
✗ Fully autonomous email writers (they hallucinate too much)
✗ AI video generators for professional content (not there yet)
✗ "One-click" funnel builders (they all need manual refinement)
The sweet spot: AI does 70% of the work, you do the final 30%.
That's what my 3-ebook bundle teaches — not the fantasy, the reality.

Which AI tool has been the biggest disappointment for you?
@orbientpro Agreed. Self-hosting replaces a visible software bill with less visible operational work. For many small businesses, managed n8n is the better middle ground until the workflow volume justifies owning the infrastructure.
n8n è diventata la piattaforma low-code #1 per AI automation nel 2025.
Non Zapier. Non Make.
Perché? Self-hosted, open source, e ti permette di collegare LLM a qualsiasi API senza vendor lock-in.
Se stai ancora pagando 200$/mese per Zapier, stai buttando soldi.
@aaapinen That framing also makes the sales conversation more concrete. Once the outcome is defined, you can discuss the baseline, the target metric, and how success will actually be measured.
3 years ago I was charging $35/hr for freelance work.
Last month I closed a $4,200 project. Same skill. Same client type.
What changed? I stopped selling hours and started selling outcomes.
Here's the math that broke my brain:
$35/hr × 20 hrs = $700 (my old project)
$4,200 for the same deliverable (my new pricing)
The difference wasn't skill. It was packaging.
Most freelancers leave 3-5x their income on the table because they price by the hour instead of by the value they create.
I wrote an entire ebook on this — "Pricing Like a Pro" — with:
• The exact framework to calculate your real rates
• How to anchor high without losing clients
• AI tools that do your competitor research in 10 minutes
• Proposal templates that have closed $15K+ in projects for me
It's part of a 3-ebook bundle for $200. Link in bio.
What's your current hourly rate? Be honest — I bet you're undercharging.
