@ZipcarUK have you changed your plan prices in last few days? I was planning to choose SMART as it was less than £9 per hour (think it was £7), now it’s £9 per hour?! I don’t see the benefit of ‘SMART’ if it’s £9 per hour as that’s what I currently get on my basic plan …confused

@hackneycouncil Thanks - but still confused. I'd like to apply for a business permit for my scooter (49cc Vespa) but I don't have a registered business address (my self employed job as a Hackney park's fitness instructor I don't need a physical business address). Please advise how to proceed.

@wizzair please help! You’ve charged us TWICE when booking our return flight for 3 adults + 1 baby, your booking system gave an error when making the payment so we thought it hadn’t charged us, so we went through the process again and rebooked. Turns out you charged us twice!

@MetCC @metpoliceuk hi your online form for reporting crimes is down on both mobile and web (I'm using iOS and safari respectively). I get as far as this screen here and then the form doesn't load (blank space where it should be). Please can you fix so I can report a crime
