𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍! 🐺🇮🇪
Evan Ferguson has picked up his second Man of the Match in the last three games this evening after scoring in Roma’s 2-0 win over Lecce. Ferguson was outstanding in his 60 minutes on the pitch - a superb first touch and composed finish for his goal, but even more impressively he was back to his brilliant best in terms of link-up and hold-up play. He consistently brought teammates into the game and looked every inch the complete No. 9 once again.
You can see his confidence growing game by game - and just look at how much Tsimikas loves him. He’s loved in Rome.
"There were some people calling our participation in this competition ‘inclusivity gone too far’ or something like that.
That lit a fire a bit of a fire underneath us."
Interesting comments from the Barcelona Gaels manager after making history today.

5 rioters sentenced so far. Average sentence 2.4 years.
Reminder, environmentalists were sentenced to 4.2 years on average for causing a public nuisance by disrupting traffic.
@cormacpro Get rid of the prelim quarters in hurling. 3 tier football championship with same format as hurling provincial round Robin with stand alone provincial championships. Shorten the leagues. March-July for intercounty, August-December for club, Jan and Feb for colleges.
@Shamrocksabu Hurling has 5! Sure, there are still blowouts but nearly every hurling county starts the year with something to play for and even auld hackers like me can dream of Croke Park.
The football league had 4 and we always go on about how great that is! Tailteann Cup is a good start...
The All Ireland SFC, based on how the tables will end up, is a tournament in which only 12/13 teams will competitive.
Clare, Meath and Cavan had a combined +/- of -102!!
There's no place for that at the business end of the season.
@movementcoachkm Think it shows how narrow Philly MacMahon's perspective is as well that he assumes the Mayo Chairman is only looking out for the team. A trip to Dublin is long and expensive for Mayo fans, they'd rather go to Limerick. It's not just about the players.
Not a nibble from the corporates for my TX World Cup Team.
Thanks @Eamonn_Christie & @kaffeobelfast we raised £3k at the Track Sat.
Have set up a Just Giving to try & get the guys to the World Cup.
Anything no matter how small be so grateful or RT x

I generally refrain from professional comment on here But if I can offer one piece of advice it would be- take your back pain information from Peter O'Sullivan over Andrew Huberman.
@movementcoachkm Kevin would there not be a risk with the 30s shot clock that teams would just drop back in to a low block off the kickout and try kill the time?
I'd like to see a two point line- force defences to push out/encourage more shots. And limit solos/hops to 2 or 3 per possession.
