Has anyone else had issues with @hexclad customer service?Sent a pan back to exchange at start of Jan and have had no updates since, concerning as it’s a £200 pan!I’ve had minimal responses and it’s very frustrating so wonder if it’s just my case or if anyone else has had issues?
