@tompanos Every crash looks like a correction at the start. In the Irish crash prices fell 15% a year for 4 years. I see Sydney prices down 4.1% this quarter.

@RBAInfo Inflation has been above target for 12 months, and its trending up, now at 4%. You think real rates at 0.35% is appropriate? If it was this far below target you'd be having emergency measures.
