...I used to salute and be saluted โ but these days I prefer being Daddy ๐ก
I cannot recommend becoming a CFR enough. The quality of training from #TeamWAST is second to none. Being able to help someone in their absolute moment of need, makes the time invested absolutely worth while.
Great CPD today, especially Paediatric BLS. Cheers @WelshAmbulance
Good morning, @CBeebiesHQ. Great to see emergency vehicles shared in a positive light... but why are your #British characters/presenters 'driving' an old style American b&w police car?
Blue/yellow battenburg has been UK standard for many years. A totally unnecessary #Americanism
@StuLittle1972@owenmorgs@MERTS_UK Glittery ambo yellow/green tassels for visibility and a honky horn for warning those in the immediate vicinity?
Oh, and did we agree on the rotating beacon?
#TacticalTat
Wow !!!
Thatโs a goosebumps image. I knew that @rafredarrows moved to Waddington for a good reason, itโs so they can salute heroes in their own special way
@robertgmason@jasonkillens Indeed - I take your point. Troubleshooting the challenges faced by public services shouldn't begin by looking at how the end-user uses them, although it is a contributing factor.
How do you see change happening? What's needed to improve services?
@robertgmason@jasonkillens I don't agree, there's no shaming here. You do make a valid point worth discussing, however..
'The appropriate use of emergency services.'
Surely, engaging with the public on as many platforms and having open & informative dialogue will promote a better #HelpUsHelpYou culture?
@theJeremyVine@n00dles71@theJeremyVine this comment is as arrogant as your tone of voice when on air and exactly the reason why cyclists are treated with discontent by motorists.

Mere finger pointing like a spoilt child nagging in mummy's ear ๐คฆ
@GillianKeegan@RishiSunak@GillianKeegan... have you consulted the professionals on this matter? Specifically, the teaching professionals?
Forgive me for being a wee bit skeptical of self-promoting, self-preserving politicians who spend ยฃXm on office upgrades...
@NEUnion meanwhile...
The Trust's annual #Shoctober campaign starts tomorrow, so why not get a head start and learn or refresh your #CPR and #Defib skills by following @ResusCouncilUK's video ๐https://t.co/WUOvYwj28W
Knowing how to perform #CPR and use a #defib could one day #savealife.
Itโs always difficult to talk about #death but thereโs no harm in a bit of forward planning, to assure dignity for anyone reaching their end of life. Thereโs plenty of resources out there, like these from @macmillancancer: https://t.co/M92Lqk4dqF #EoL#PHEM#Ambiwlans#Paramedic
Post @WelshAmbulance CFR shift update.....
The best bit of learning/news from today was when I discovered that the NMA has a toggle to manually turn on #NightMode. I cannot begin to explain how chuffed I was.
I even think that I cheered a bit ๐
@owenmorgs@MaestegCFR So, is this a closed invitation party... or do we city CFR folk get a look in? ๐ (I'm not actually a city boy - I'm just stuck there for the time being #WestIsBest ๐ช)
Side note: even if I do get an invite, I'm not coming unless there's black pudding.
