Agree this happens much faster, but once you hit PMF. There is a full sprint and collapsed timeline on getting to $100M ARR once you have it. $100M ARR is still very early innings for company like the ones listed for many reasons, but the product and distribution of these businesses harden at escape velocity. You used to build a "mature" process and leadership team at $10M ARR, but now that often starts post-$100M. Different times and I expect that the compression will only get shorter as it gets easier to ship great products faster.

The more you offload context from convos to AI summary slop, the more generic your business and culture becomes. I'm v pro AI, but I think people are giving up on critical thinking and clarity to *win* in their categories vs. just showing up to do the job. In spirit of your retain Boston talent agenda, how much does MIT intentionally try to keep its top technical talent in the Boston ecosystem after graduation, versus viewing its role as educating world-class engineers who will go wherever the best opportunities are? Curious if they feel any commitment / responsibility to the ecosystem given they play a different game. I’m assuming it’s starting to impact who attends relative to being on the west coast closer to best ecosystem.
