@NigelJaquiss This is pathetic. I had the same issue w/Oregon DMV - license suspended w/o notification due to someone hitting me & I did not know I was supposed to report. Later pulled over & like Gonzalez paid $1000 to fix the problem. Also like Gonzalez - no ticket in a decade. Not a story.

@DrJBhattacharya Kids and people who can’t remove a mask independently should have never masked to begin with. This was the most cruel policy on those least able to push back, kids, low-income and those w/disabilities. Totally inhumane.

@middle_portland @FOregonian @EWReschke The Snake River dams are critical to grain barging that moves 1/10th of the US’s wheat. Barging is the least impactful mode of transport, and employs significant people in high wage jobs. The dams also maintain low-cost energy for the PNW.

@oregoncitizen_ This is because USDA works thru a network of food banks to address food “shortages”& hunger. Oregon Food Bank holds the entire state’s contract & then supports local food banks in Oregon. I think this is how it’s run in most if not all states. There is one central player like OFB
