@ashfordnz hello, I recently purchased a warping mill in the UK and find that it is difficult to remove the warp once wound as the pegs are very close to the screws and it is hard to remove them (see photo) is this a fault with this mill or is this the design?
@ASOS I ordered a pair of earrings but returned them as they were faulty, I ordered a second pair but can't work out if it's the design or a fault - loose gold fitting on top of the bead? I don't want to order a replacement if it will be the same
@AskNationwide Thank you, consistency is rare these days. I just want to know that the information I am being told is correct I shouldn’t have to ask different people in the same organisation the same question and play detective to work out what the correct answer is
@AskNationwide I was told that I couldn't transfer the refund when I called the general customer service number earlier and that my account would have to stay in credit. I've very disappointed as if I hadn't have sent this tweet my refund would still be in that account!
